DESIGN end-to-end PRODUCTS
I manage the complete design lifecycle, from in-depth research to the final implementation. I focus on creating seamless user experiences while ensuring alignment with business objectives. My approach balances user advocacy with practical considerations, allowing me to effectively integrate design solutions that are both functional and impactful.
COLLABORATE
I adopt a collaborative, agile, and pragmatic approach, working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. By leveraging human-centered design methodologies, I tackle complex challenges efficiently, ensuring that solutions are not only innovative but also practical and grounded in real-world needs.
BUILD & MAINTAIN
I actively work on building and maintaining design systems and libraries, bringing extensive experience in creating these frameworks from scratch. My focus is on enhancing efficiency and ensuring that design processes meet not only user needs but also the requirements of other product team members, fostering a collaborative and streamlined environment.
SUPPORT
I play a key role in onboarding new designers, helping them understand processes and design systems. By providing guidance and support, I ensure they understand both user needs and the expectations of other team members, fostering a smooth integration and empowering them to contribute effectively from day one.
Born and raised in Kazakhstan, I’ve lived in 7 countries, which has made me more empathetic - an essential trait for designing effective solutions.

I'm the proud cat mama of Kufte (Meatball), a blind street cat I adopted. He’s living the expat life too!

Strength
Fitness has been my constant for over 10 years. Weightlifting keeps me grounded, but I like to mix things up with new sports now and then. Whether it’s lifting, boxing, climbing or something completely different, staying active keeps me focused.
Adventure
For me, travel isn’t about checking places off a list - it’s about diving into meaningful experiences. Kayaking along Siberian rivers with people of diverse abilities (check the attached video)? Absolutely. Biking 1,000 km across three countries? Let’s go! I’m always chasing journeys that challenge me, teach me something new, and leave me with unforgettable stories.
